Ceremony

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm on the presidential lawn at the Embassy Suites Mandalay Beach. Family members are asked to stay on the lawn after the ceremony for pictures.

Cocktail Hour…and a half

After the ceremony, stay on the picturesque lawn overlooking the ocean for Cocktail Hour. Enjoy some delightful beverages and hors d’oeuvres while Dan, Ashley, and the rest of the wedding party take pictures on the beach. Hopefully they will be able to join you afterwards.

Reception

Dinner, dancing, and general merriment will commence in the Mandalay Ballroom at 6:00 pm.

After Party

For those of you who just can’t stop having fun, join us for the after party in the Embassy Suites Lounge, Coast Grill, around 12:00 am. Enjoy the fun conversations, late night treats, and of course adult beverages! Keep your eyes peeled for the infamous “communal bowl.”
